Recognition highlights C&I storage resilience and reinforces GoodWe’s expanding portfolio of reliable, future-ready storage solutions.
GoodWe has earned certification from TÜV Rheinland’s for comprehensive environmental adaptability of its C&I storage system, following a series of rigorous tests. This achievement highlights the company’s continuous efforts to set new standards in reliability and safety for energy storage solutions.
The certification ceremony took place at Intersolar South America 2025, attended by Dr. Alex Pan, GoodWe Vice President, and Mr. Vinícius Gibrail, Director of Solar & Commercial Products, TÜV Rheinland South America.
"Reliability and safety are at the core of sustainable growth for the energy storage industry. With this certification, GoodWe reinforces our position as a trusted partner in delivering highly secure and dependable storage systems," said Dr. Pan.
Reliable Storage for Diverse Environments
The certified product is GoodWe's BAT series (104.2/112.6kWh) battery system.
As energy storage applications expand into increasingly complex and varied environments, product resilience is a decisive factor for long-term system stability. TÜV Rheinland’s stringent evaluation covered performance across a wide range of environmental domains, including climatic, mechanical, chemical, electromagnetic, and specialized scenarios.
The BAT100 system passed these assessments, proving its capability to operate reliably in harsh and diverse environments.

Empowering Global Deployment with Reliable C&I Storage
The certification of the BAT100 follows an earlier achievement, when GoodWe’s ESA 125kW/261kWh all-in-one C&I storage system received the same certificate. First showcased at Intersolar Europe 2025, the ESA system was launched to global markets recently.

Designed for industrial parks, commercial complexes, and other large-scale applications, the ESA system integrates PCS, battery, EMS, and BMS into a single unit, delivering modular scalability, high safety, long lifespan, and strong economic performance. In a recent project in De’an, China, seven ESA cabinets were deployed with a combined storage capacity of 875 kW/1,827 kWh, marking the country’s first charging station project integrating wind, solar, and energy storage.

The company has significantly expanded its C&I storage portfolio in recent years. To date, GoodWe offers a comprehensive C&I storage portfolio to meet diverse application needs. This lineup includes the ET50 hybrid inverter paired with the BAT50 or BAT100 battery cabinets, as well as the soon-to-be-launched 100kW ET hybrid inverter series.
"From advanced battery systems to integrated solutions, our focus is on equipping C&I customers with safe, flexible, and future-ready storage solutions that enable them to embrace the energy transition with confidence," added Dr. Pan, "At GoodWe, we invest around 8% of our annual revenue into R&D, with more than 20% of our global employees dedicated to innovation. This strong commitment ensures that high performance and long-term reliability remain at the core of our product development."
