GoodWe Gains JET Certification for Residential Energy Storage System in Japan

GoodWe has obtained JET certification (Japan Electrical Safety and Environment Technology Laboratory) in Japan for its single-phase residential hybrid energy storage system. The certified systems, GW5500-EI-F9.6P and GW5500-EI-F12.8P, comprise the GoodWe EI hybrid inverter (5.5 kW) paired with the Lynx Home F battery in 9.6 kWh and 12.8 kWh capacities, repectively.

JET certification is considered one of the highest standards for electrical safety in Japan, involving rigorous evaluation of product safety and environmental friendliness. GoodWe’s successful certification marks a significant milestone in its expansion within the Japanese market, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner in meeting the local demand for products that prioritize safety, compliance, and long-term reliability.
