GoodWe Launches EcoSmarTour Project to Promote Sustainability beyond Industry Boundaries

GoodWe, a world-leading smart energy solution provider, has announced the launch of a new project called “EcoSmarTour” which aims to promote sustainability within society. Inspired by bees, the project aims to become a pollinator in the smart energy industry and spread awareness of environmental issues among diverse groups of people.

The project is an extension of GoodWe’s Roadshow, which has been presenting flexible on-demand technical training for partners within the solar industry for years. Through the roads where GoodWe show truck arrives, EcoSmarTour aims to broaden its reach and engage a diverse group of people from various fields and walks of life; and inspire them on the importance of renewable energy and sustainable practices.

The role of bees in the ecosystem is critical because they aid in maintaining a diverse range of species by enabling pollination. They contribute to the interconnected web of life by pollinating plants, which in turn produce food for animals and humans, and maintain the balance of the ecosystem. Remarkably, bees cover a 160km distance every day to fulfill their role, which means they are constantly on an “EcoTour” throughout their lifespan.

Kicking off the project, GoodWe started cooperate with an NGO to adopt a beehive in Munich and protect the local bee colony, as well as supporting the balance of local biodiversity and ecosystem.
