Intersolar Europe 2022 – GoodWe presents latest product innovations across PV industry segments, from residential EcoSmart Home to utility-scale project solutions

Global solar solutions provider GoodWe has expanded its business of delivering high-quality inverter and storage products to include offering an extended Eco Smart Home portfolio in a convenient one-stop shop approach. Meeting customer needs for higher yield and energy autonomy across segments, GoodWe is pleased to be showcasing a range of high-impact innovations at the Intersolar exhibition in Munich, Germany from 11–13 May 2022 in hall B4, booth 210. 

The Eco Smart Home solutions are designed for contemporary, green living and can be incorporated into complete smart energy systems for homeowners. With highly efficient hybrid inverters at the core, the portfolio will include building-integrated PV (BIPV) materials, battery systems, an EV charger as well as a smart energy management app.

Ali Bouattour, technical director of GoodWe Europe GmbH, confirms that in Europe, increasing energy prices in combination with electrification of mobility and heating has resulted in a very strong focus on energy autonomy and power back-up. “With our Eco Smart Home solutions, homeowners can efficiently capture the energy from the sun, while also utilising the generated power for their own needs in an intelligent manner,” he said. “This is a very dynamic market space, and we look forward to exploring and further developing innovative solutions for these applications in cooperation with our customers.”         

GoodWe’s broad portfolio of highly efficient hybrid inverters and battery solutions has earned the company a strong position in the European solar market. Earlier this year, the exceptional efficiency of the ET and EH hybrid inverters was confirmed by the Electricity Storage Inspection 2022, conducted by University of Applied Sciences (HTW) in Berlin, achieving a system performance index of 93.4% and 91.2% respectively.

To meet evolving market demands, GoodWe continues to bring new, cutting-edge solutions to the market. Intersolar visitors are invited for a preview of upcoming products, including the eagerly anticipated addition to the ESS solutions portfolio: the hybrid inverter ET 15–30kW. Compatible with high-power solar rooftops, it is ideal for both larger residential as well as smaller commercial PV projects. The ETC series is also in focus and will be extended to include a new 100kW hybrid inverter, designed for larger commercial projects. Optimised for self-consumption, peak shaving and back-up, the ETC hybrid inverter is compatible with a wide battery voltage range and can ensure continuous power supply for critical loads.

The full range of GoodWe solutions will be displayed across the generous exhibition space of almost 500 sq metres. Utility-scale project developers are invited to check out the new and powerful HT 1500V string inverter model with 250kW output power, developed to optimise energy yield and ensure continuously high performance even under the toughest conditions. With high temperature adaptability, it operates reliably in all environments.
